In the field of innovation, we believe that training must be done through experiential learning as it requires practicing new skills and learning new mindsets.

We believe each company has a unique culture, existing processes, and outcomes that they want to reach, so our training is always customized to fit with the unique parameters of an organization or team.

We can either follow our process (a mix of Design Thinking and Foursight) or build the skills and tools using existing company processes (e.g., agile, or lean thinking).
